Events on the Platform
As a User-Inspirer associated with an entity's profile, you can submit events and later modify them, for example, if the date or location changes. You can do this by logging into your account.
Entity Database
If you are a new User – please wait! A new User-Inspirator account requires approval and verification of its association with the Entity. Be patient, as this may take a few days.
If you have forgotten your password, use the password recovery option.
If you believe someone is impersonating a User associated with the Entity, report it to us!
If you experience further issues, contact us!
The WUP in Poznań reserves the right to verify the data from the User’s account requesting to connect with an Entity Profile within a given organization or institution. Verification will include confirmation of whether the person is associated with the Entity. Detailed verification will be conducted randomly or in cases where the registration data raises doubts.
You can correct incorrect institution data by contacting the Platform Administrator or, as a User – Inspirer associated with the given entity, by making corrections through your account. Remember, Moderators are not responsible for content provided by Users or its factual accuracy. They can only ensure that the content is related to the theme of the Platform and its Terms of Use.
If you believe someone is impersonating a User associated with an Entity, report it to us!
We’re sorry! Our search for Inspirers did not find you! If you believe your activities are related to the idea of lifelong education and skills development, and you operate in the Greater Poland region, you can create a User account and apply to join our Entity Database. This way, you will be able to promote your events, share solutions, and help co-create the Greater Poland space for skills development.
Entities without a guardian are those that have been entered into the database as units related to lifelong learning based on publicly available sources. Their data is supplemented to a basic extent by the WUP in Poznań. You can expand the information about the entity by creating a User–Inspirer account as a representative of that institution. Creating an account allows the WUP in Poznań to verify your affiliation with the given organization or institution.
Data about institutions and organizations within the basic profile are supplemented by the Platform Administrator and Moderators based on publicly available sources, including the institutions’ websites. The database is systematically updated with additional entities whose activities directly or indirectly influence formal education, non-formal education, and informal learning in the region. Organizations and institutions can also register themselves on the Platform. However, completing an Entity’s profile requires verification of compliance with the Regulations and approval by Moderators before this information is published. Moderators do not verify the accuracy of the information or typographical errors, but only compliance with the Platform’s topics and Regulations.
The Entity Database serves as a search engine for entities: institutions and organizations whose activities can be connected with the development of lifelong education in the Greater Poland Voivodeship. The activities of an Entity may concern various areas of education (formal, non-formal, and informal learning), be oriented towards any target groups, and relate to different aspects of life. The common denominator is actions aimed at developing the skills of the residents of the Greater Poland Voivodeship.
As part of the basic information, the Entity Profile contains contact details as well as data on the nature of the entity. This information can be supplemented with a description of activities, target groups, etc. Our goal is for the Entity Profiles to be completed independently by these institutions and organizations and to serve as their business card in the region.
Chat
These are meetings with experts in the fields of the labor market, education, and career counseling, during which you can receive free advice. You will find details about each event in their announcements. The chat format allows for answers to specific questions.
The chat is intended for contacting a career advisor working at the Voivodeship Labor Office in Poznań. The advisor's duty hours are not fixed, but you can always ask a question, which we will answer at a later time. Advisor's duty hours are also organized in this form, during which you can receive a real-time response. Duty hours may also be handled by specialists in other fields, about which we will inform you in the Events section.
Remember! The chat is not a substitute for a counseling conversation. It may be used to provide basic information, including pointing out where you can go with your issue.
Roles on the Platform
Content posted on the Platform by Inspirators and Career Advisors is approved by WUP employees in Poznań before publication, in terms of compliance with the Platform Regulations and its subject matter. It is not checked for linguistic accuracy, factual correctness, or substantive quality.
We want career and vocational advisors from the Greater Poland region to have their own space that will allow them to get to know each other and share knowledge and experience. The main form of exchange will be an online forum. Registration is intended to prevent people not associated with career advising from using these materials or using the forum to seek advisory services.
If you would like to share an interesting experience or practice, or you have some great original materials that you can share for free—use the forum, use the “add a good practice” option, or write to us!
Career advisors can use materials for working with clients, articles, or a forum available only to them.
Are an inspirer and an advisor the same thing?
No, these are separate roles and options on the Platform. The inspirer is associated with an Entity, manages its profile, promotes the entity's events and activities. The advisor has access to substantive and thematic materials and the discussion forum, and does not have to be associated with a specific entity (for example, they may be people studying in this field). However, these roles can be combined, for example, if a career advisor would like to manage the profile of the institution where they work.
The entity profile can be linked to several User-Inspirers, who can add events and edit the entity's data.
About the platform
An inspirer can be a person working for lifelong education in the Greater Poland region. This can include teachers, trainers, career advisors, cultural animators, coaches, community activists, etc. It is recommended that the inspirer be associated with an entity undertaking activities in support of LLL.
The inspirer can promote their organization's activities through the Platform.
No, the Platform is not an aggregator of trainings or courses, nor will you find offers from schools or universities here. There are other websites for that. The Platform is meant to showcase the joy of learning in Greater Poland and examples of ready-made solutions.
Yes, you do not need to be affiliated with any institution or career advisor to use the resources of the Platform in the publicly available section. The Platform is intended for people interested in lifelong learning in its various aspects.
Using the Platform and all services available on it is free of charge.
The wielkopolskauczyjutra.pl platform is aimed at all residents of the region as well as entities involved in formal and informal education. Its goal is to promote the idea of lifelong learning and to disseminate the activities of Greater Poland institutions and organizations in this field. The platform also serves career and educational advisors in spreading knowledge and exchanging views on education and future directions of training.
