In 2025, on behalf of the Voivodeship Labour Office in Poznań, a survey was conducted entitled "Workplace Learning and the Role of the Employer in Education".
The report covers topics such as:
- activities undertaken by employers in the field of education,
- employees’ attitudes towards development opportunities in the workplace,
- systemic aspects of professional development, including strategies, sources of funding, and cooperation with institutions,
- practical aspects of professional development, such as recruitment, onboarding, and training,
- key barriers to implementing HR policy and in the process of upskilling.
The activity was carried out as part of the project "Building a system for the coordination and monitoring of regional activities for vocational education, higher education, and lifelong learning, including adult learning", Investment A3.1.1 Support for the development of modern vocational education, higher education, and lifelong learning of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
