Based on workshops involving members of the Provincial Coordination Team, a report summarizing the results of their work and reflections on lifelong education and related issues was prepared.
The document contains organized statements from the experts who make up the Provincial Coordination Team, which were collected during a series of workshops held from June 2024 to February 2025 in Poznań. The quotes are thematically grouped according to the structure of four meetings and pertain to challenges based on the successive areas of impact of the Integrated Skills Strategy 2030 (hereinafter: ISS 2030):
● workshops in June 2024
○ Career counseling
○ Basic, transversal, and vocational skills of children, youth, and adults
● workshops in September 2024
○ Cooperation between employers and formal and non-formal education
○ Developing and utilizing skills in the workplace
● workshops in December 2024
○ Developing skills in formal education - teaching staff
○ Developing skills in formal education - management staff
● workshops in February 2025
○ Developing skills outside formal education
○ Planning lifelong learning and validation of skills. Within these areas, participants worked on a total of sixteen challenges. For each challenge, three expert perspectives were developed:
1. observed problems (answers to the questions: “What doesn’t work in this area? What is missing? - needs, problems, pain points”),
2. existing good practices (“What good practices do you know in this area? - examples of valuable initiatives”)
3. new ideas (“What new methods and solutions would be worth creating in this area? What should be taken care of? What are the important elements?”) Editorial notes for clarity are given in angular brackets ...>. Obvious errors in the records have been corrected.
