Night of Professionals 2025 is behind us!
On October 3rd, as part of the Greater Poland Professions Festival, the 8th edition of the Night of Professionals took place in the Konin subregion, co-organized by the Center for Craft, Dual, and Vocational Training in Konin. In Eastern Greater Poland, the event’s finale was held at the Technical School Complex in Koło, attracting an impressive number of participants and exhibitors.
This year’s edition in numbers:
- number of participants (Eastern Greater Poland) – 945 people
- number of students – 600 people
- number of exhibitors – approx. 50
- number of professions presented – 47
The Night of Professionals began with the seminar “Break for Mediation — A Lesson in Understanding”, led by psychologist Marta Koch-Kozioł.
The event included many educational and cultural attractions, such as:
- Jiujitsu demonstration by the Shooters Martial Arts Club from Koło,
- mechanics’ competition “Workshop Clashes”,
- star performance of the evening — concert “Maja Hyży sings Amy Winehouse”,
- summary of the city game “Koło Full of Skills” along with prize awards for the winners,
- virtual shooting range and driving simulator,
- beauty zone with hairdressing and cosmetology workshops,
- fashion and tailoring show,
- culinary demonstrations,
- technology shows, including Ozobot and Genibot robots,
- knowledge contests, quizzes, logic games,
- handicraft displays.
Vocational guidance stands, especially the interactive presentations of professions such as veterinary technician, nutrition and catering technician, and hairdressing services technician with cosmetology elements, enjoyed great interest among participants.
The host of next year’s Night of Professionals in Eastern Greater Poland will be the Mining and Energy School Complex in Konin.
