We are sharing the second of four Summary Reports on the implementation of the research service entitled “Horizontal recommendations for the region’s specializations in correlation with Regional Smart Specializations in the context of preparing adequate assumptions for the process of including qualifications in the Integrated Qualifications Register within the Integrated Qualifications System.” 

The objectives of the study are: 

  • to identify development trends within RSI for Wielkopolska, taking into account the subregions
  • to analyze existing educational pathways (current learning outcomes, curriculum content, and technologies used in the teaching process) in vocational education, higher education, and lifelong learning in Wielkopolska in terms of their adaptability to new development trends, considering the subregions
  • to identify the skills and qualifications needed to support new processes within RSI for Wielkopolska
     

    Additionally, the analysis in the study will pay particular attention to the perspective of smart specialization areas in Wielkopolska:

  • Bio-resources and food for conscious consumers.
  • Interiors of the future.
  • Industry of tomorrow.
  • Specialized logistics processes.
  • Development based on ICT.
  • Modern medical technologies.

The undertaking is financed within the framework of investment funds A3.1.1 Support for the development of modern vocational education, higher education, and lifelong learning financed from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), entitled “Building a system for coordinating and monitoring regional activities for vocational education, higher education, and lifelong learning, including adult learning in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship.”
