On December 4, 2025, at the Greater Poland Chamber of Crafts in Poznań, the ceremonial Gala “Greater Poland Master, Journeyman, and Leader in Dual Education in Crafts” for 2024 took place.
The event was organized by Marshal of the Greater Poland Voivodeship, Marek Woźniak and Member of the Board of the Greater Poland Voivodeship, Katarzyna Kretkowska, in cooperation with the Centers for Support of Craft, Dual and Vocational Education, the Greater Poland Chamber of Crafts in Poznań, the Chamber of Crafts in Kalisz, and the Krotoszyn Chamber of Crafts.
The distinguished and awarded laureates received unique statuettes and cash prizes in recognition of their achievements to date during the ceremony.
During the gala, prizes and distinctions were presented to the best Greater Poland Masters and Journeymen.
Greater Poland Journeyman 2024
The winner of the Competition – Greater Poland Journeyman for 2024 was Mr. Mateusz Bazyli (confectioner) (Poznań subregion).
The following people were laureates of the Competition and subregional journeymen, who, in addition to a statuette, received a cash prize of 3,000 PLN:
- Mr. Paweł Roman Jańczak (electrician) (Kalisz subregion),
- Mr. Jakub Sobieraj (drywall and interior finishing installer in construction) (Konin subregion),
- Mr. Oliwier Józef Wysocki (electrician) (Piła subregion),
- Mr. Kacper Pecolt (bricklayer-plasterer) (Leszno subregion)
Honored individuals in the Journeyman 2024 category, who received a statuette and a cash prize of 1,500 PLN:
- Mr. Oskar Gramza (hairdresser) (Konin subregion),
- Mr. Wojciech Gwóźdź (car painter) (Piła subregion),
- Mr. Fryderyk Płaczek (sanitary network and installation fitter) (Leszno subregion),
- Mr. Krzysztof Chmielewski (men’s hairdresser – barber) (Poznań subregion),
- Mr. Eryk Rewers (cook) (Kalisz subregion)
Greater Poland Master 2024
The winner of the Competition – Greater Poland Master 2024 was Mr. Damian Olejniczak (automotive mechanic) (Kalisz subregion)
The following people were laureates of the Competition and subregional masters, who, in addition to a statuette, received a cash prize of 4,000 PLN:
- Mr. Sebastian Muszyński (goldsmith-jeweler) (Poznań subregion)
- Mr. Marek Wański (automotive mechanic, vehicle inspector) (Leszno subregion)
The individuals honored in the Master 2024 category were:

Leader in Dual Education in Crafts 2024
The winner of the third edition of the Competition in the microenterprise category is ANDRYSZAK WALDEMAR PAINTING AND WALLPAPERING WORKSHOP.
