PRIVACY POLICY
The following Privacy Policy describes issues related to the use of the www.wielkopolskauczyjutra.pl Platform.
The "Cookies" section applies to all users of the Platform, while the "Personal Data" section applies only to persons who have registered on the Platform and use the Platform’s extended functionalities, as well as persons using the chat, contact form, or other forms provided on the Platform.
The Provincial Labour Office in Poznań places particular emphasis on respecting the privacy of the Platform's visitors. Data collected in log files is used solely for the purpose of managing the service. We do not attempt to identify users of the Platform. No identifiable data is provided for any purpose to any third party.
COOKIES
The Provincial Labour Office in Poznań, in accordance with Article 6(2) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344), informs that for the purpose of improving service quality and studying Users’ preferences, it uses "cookie" files.
- For your convenience, the Platform uses cookies and similar technologies, e.g., to tailor the service to the needs of users and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by an internet service visited by a user to the user’s device.
- Cookies are also used by services we refer to, for example, when displaying multimedia content. You can change your browser settings regarding cookies. If these settings are not changed, it means you accept the cookies used here.
- The Platform uses performance cookies (which collect information on how the site is used to improve its functioning) and functional cookies (which allow the site to "remember" user settings, e.g., font size, contrast).
- The cookie mechanism is not used to obtain any information about the Platform’s users or to track their navigation. Cookies used on the Platform do not store any personal data or other information collected from users.
- In line with the practice of most WWW services, the Platform stores HTTP requests addressed to the Platform. Viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. The precise list of information stored in the Platform’s log files is as follows:
- The public IP address of the computer from which the request came (this may be the direct computer of the user),
- The name of the client station – identification executed by the HTTP protocol if possible,
- The username provided in the authorization process,
- The time the request was received,
- The first line of the HTTP request,
- The HTTP response code,
- The number of bytes sent by the server,
- The URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) if the transition to the Platform came via a link,
- Information about the user's browser,
- Information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions.
This data is not associated with specific individuals browsing the Platform.
- The Platform uses the following cookies: _utma – a file saved on the computer’s hard drive during the first visit to a given website. The file contains a unique identification number, by which the analytics tool can identify a unique and new user,
- _utmb – the _utmb cookie is responsible for storing information about the specific visit,
- _utmc – works together with _utmb to determine whether to start tracking new visits, or whether the collected data should be counted as existing visits,
- _utmz – contains information on the sources of visits. Thanks to it, it is possible to count, among other things, visits from search engines,
- JSESSIONID – maintains the identifier of the current session between the server where the website is installed and the user's device through which they communicate with the server and the website.
- Collected log data is kept for 2 years as auxiliary material for Platform administration. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the Platform. Statistics may be generated from log files as an aid to administration. Collective summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any features identifying persons visiting the Platform.
- The Platform contains links to other websites. We cannot be held responsible for the privacy practices on those sites. We encourage you, after leaving our Platform, to read the privacy policy established there. This privacy policy only applies to this Platform.
- The level of protection against cookies is set in each browser, up to the complete blocking of cookies. This increases the level of security and data protection but may also disable some functions, e.g., logging into an email account.
- How to change settings in the most popular browsers:
- Google Chrome version 102 or newer
Click on the menu (in the top right corner), then go to Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data > General settings. The decision about cookies is made by checking – or not – the option "Allow all cookies."
- Mozilla Firefox version 101 or newer
From the browser menu: Settings > Privacy & Security. Activate the “Custom” checkbox in the "Enhanced Tracking Protection" section. Cookies are managed by checking – or not – the "Cookies" option and selecting a value from the dropdown list.
- Opera version 87 or newer
From the browser menu: Settings > Advanced > Privacy & Security > Site Settings > Cookies and site data. Cookies are managed by checking – or not – the option "Allow all cookies."
- Edge version 102 or newer
From the browser menu: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data. Manage cookies by selecting the appropriate value from the dropdown list.
PERSONAL DATA
- When using services available on the Platform, Joint Administration of personal data occurs (i.e., a situation in which two or more data controllers are responsible for processing the same personal data). The data controllers of the User’s personal data are:

- Additionally, the User’s personal data will be provided to:
- The Coordinating Institution, which is the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, located at ul. Wspólna 2/4, 00-926 Warsaw. The CI has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at iod@mfipr.gov.pl;
- The Responsible Institution, which is the Ministry of Education and Science, located at ul. Wspólna 1/3, 00-529 Warsaw. The RI has designated a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at inspektor@mein.gov.pl;
- The Supporting Entity, which is the Foundation for the Development of the Education System (FRSE), based at Al. Jerozolimskie 142a, 02-305 Warsaw. The SE has designated a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at iod@frse.org.pl;

- The User’s personal data will be made available to the administrators mentioned in sec. 2 to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, but not greater than the scope specified in Article 87 of the Implementation Act 2021-2027 [1] or Regulation EU 2021/241 [2].
- The above-mentioned entities (being data controllers) process the User's data in accordance with the following rules: Personal data are processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter: GDPR).
4.2. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
4.2.1. account registration, verification of the User’s identity, using additional services available on the Platform, using chat, forum or contact form, participating in events – based on acceptance of the Terms & Conditions (processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR in accordance with the provisions of the regulations));
4.2.2. possible establishment, exercise, or defense of claims, compiling statistics to optimize and improve services offered on the Platform (processing is based on the legitimate interests of the Administrator – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4.2.3. Data not required but provided by the User, e.g. during a chat session, will be processed based on expressed consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4.3. The User's personal data may be made available by the data administrators to entities providing services to the administrators in the area of IT system maintenance and support, disposal of non-archival documentation, postal delivery, or to entities conducting research, control, evaluation, or audit related to the implementation of the NRP. WUP Poznań may also transfer data held to courts, the prosecutor's office, the police, or other authorized state authorities as required for their proceedings.
4.4. The User’s personal data may also be entrusted for processing to entities supporting the Joint Administrators and other administrators in service delivery, including providing assistance and technical support for IT systems in use, e.g., an entity servicing electronic mail systems or IT tools supporting the Platform’s operation, provided that the scope of data transfer to these recipients is limited solely to access resulting from the provision of technical support and troubleshooting services.
4.5. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to create an account or use other functionalities of the Platform that require contact with the User.
4.6. The User’s personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to an international organization.
4.7. The User’s personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
4.8. Personal data will be processed for the period during which the person remains an active Platform User (holds a User account), and after that period, for the time required to remain compliant with legal regulations, to establish or defend against possible claims, but no longer than 3 years from the end of use of the Platform’s services.
If the data was obtained on the basis of consent, it will be processed until the consent granted is withdrawn, provided that withdrawal does not affect the data processing carried out before withdrawal.
4.9. In connection with the processing of personal data, the User has the right to:
4.9.1. access and rectify their data;
4.9.2. request its deletion, if the personal data is processed based on consent, results from a legal requirement, or if the data is no longer necessary for processing purposes;
4.9.3. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if such data is processed based on expressed consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. Consent may be withdrawn by sending an email to portal@wielkopolskauczyjutra.pl with information about its withdrawal, including your name and surname or company name in the message content and "LLL Platform – personal data" in the subject line, or by post to the Office’s address;
4.9.4. data portability, if the personal data is processed based on expressed consent or is necessary for concluding a contract and if data is processed automatically;
4.9.5. request limitation of personal data processing;
4.9.6. object to the processing due to your particular situation, if the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority;
4.9.7. The User is entitled to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms.
4.10. If personal data introduced to the Service by the User or Service Recipient do not concern the User or Service Recipient, or if the personal data of the User or Service Recipient are entered by a third party, the User, Service Recipient, or third party undertakes on behalf of the Service Provider to ensure familiarity with this Privacy Policy.
FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, while at the same time guarantees that rights of Users arising from this document will not be limited.
- Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be communicated to the User via a notification available on the Platform.
